Counselling/Psychotherapy for adults in the Ashford, Staines, Sunbury and Egham area

Life can be difficult and sometimes we can find it hard to cope. We can feel anxious, depressed, alone and hopeless. If you are struggling and would like some support, then counselling can help.

I'm a counsellor located in Ashford, close to Staines and Sunbury. I offer sessions face to face as well as via Zoom or Skype.

I work using an Integrative Humanistic approach with attention to both the mind and body. This means I tailor your therapy to meet your needs in a way that considers both your mental and physical wellbeing. In therapy we look at all areas of life that affect your happiness so that you can find understanding around who you are and what you need. It is my feeling that a strong therapeutic relationship is imperative to growth and change. It's within this relationship that you are able to find answers and growth from within and thus become your own counsellor.

I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of helping you to live a happier and fuller life.

I am experienced in helping clients who have experienced difficulties with :

  • Stress
  • Relationship issues
  • Panic Attacks
  • Anxiety
  • Low Self Esteem
  • Abuse
  • Bereavement
  • Work related problems
  • Depression, and
  • Addiction.

What some clients have said about counselling...

"Thank you for the past year. It's been intense, but 100% worth it. You're an amazing therapist; I wouldn't be "here" and "me" without you." E in Staines
