Counselling/Psychotherapy for adults in the Ashford, Staines and Egham area
Free Counselling for Frontline and Key Workers
The world we're living in has changed dramatically. We're being asked to distance ourselves from each other and stop our daily routines. We need to make these changes to protect ourselves and stay healthy. But these changes may also impact our mental wellbeing. We may find ourselves feeling isolated, lonely, anxious, stressed, or depressed. These new struggles we're facing do not erase the ones we've been living with before, but possibly add to them.
If you are struggling and would some support then counselling may be an option. I'm a counsellor located in the Ashford and Staines area. I am now offering sessions via Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp and Telephone until face to face counselling becomes viable again.
I work using an Integrative Humanistic approach with attention to both the mind and body. This means I tailor your therapy to meet your needs in a way that considers both your mental and physical wellbeing. In therapy we look at all areas of life that affect your happiness so that you can find understanding around who you are and what you need. It is my feeling that a strong therapeutic relationship is imperative to growth and change. It's within this relationship that you are able to find answers and growth from within and thus become your own counsellor.
I work with both individuals and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of helping you to live a happier and fuller life.
