The world we're living in has changed dramatically. We have adjusted our lives to protect ourselves and stay healthy, but it may be leaving us feeling anxious, stressed, depressed, isolated and lonely. These new struggles we're facing do not erase the ones we've been living with before, but add to them. Now as we start to ease back in to life we may find ourselves fluctuating between many of these feelings and more.
If you are struggling and would like some support then counselling may be an option. I'm a counsellor located in Ashford, close to Staines and Sunbury. I am now offering sessions face to face as well as via Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp and Telephone.
I work using an Integrative Humanistic approach with attention to both the mind and body. This means I tailor your therapy to meet your needs in a way that considers both your mental and physical wellbeing. In therapy we look at all areas of life that affect your happiness so that you can find understanding around who you are and what you need. It is my feeling that a strong therapeutic relationship is imperative to growth and change. It's within this relationship that you are able to find answers and growth from within and thus become your own counsellor.
I work with both individuals and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of helping you to live a happier and fuller life.
